“We” vs “I” — How Should You Talk About Yourself on Your Website?

After several years of writing website copy and over six years of publishing stuff online, I’ve seen a lot of different approaches to this problem — some good, some not so good. So let me break it down for you, give you the 4–1–1, so you can make an informed decision and not look like an inexperienced service provider to your clients.
